Dialectical behaviour therapy is the art of finding the balance between opposites. Dialectical behaviour therapy focuses on integrating opposites, sitting with tension, working through tension, and learning to sit in our feelings. Our mental wellness coaches (Registered Social Workers) use problem-solving and validation to strengthen your mind. You can benefit from DBT if you’re experiencing extreme stress, experiencing extreme highs and lows, feeling ignored or invisible or if you’re having challenges communicating with family, friends, colleagues or loved ones.
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy is the art of strengthening your mind. CBT helps you to recognize damaging thoughts and harmful behaviour patterns and to modify them into helpful and positive thoughts and behaviour patterns.
Attachment-Based Therapy is an approach to therapy that uniquely targets feelings, emotions and thoughts. Attachment-Based Therapy informs how we communicate (or don’t communicate) our needs and desires to our loved ones based on our early attachment experiences in our nuclear families or with our caregivers.

We will help you to process emotions surrounding death in a supportive and emotionally healthy way.

Anger is a secondary emotion. We work with you to examine your triggers, and help to adjust how you may look at situations and to work towards identifying what is the primary emotion that is bringing anger to the forefront.
